WIS is a service of Empowering Women International dedicated to developing inclusive, conscious leadership capable of sustainably transforming society .

It supports individuals, organizations, and communities through leadership development, project support, and the design of meaningful events.

Its distinctive feature is to broaden the reflection on female leadership to an inclusive dynamic: strengthening the power of action of women while building, with men, new models of leadership that are more equitable and collaborative .

Through WIS, EWI thus creates a bridge between leadership, inclusion, transformation and societal impact .
