About
Who is Madame LUTUMBA NDOY Amina

His vision
Success is not a story of skin color, success does not depend on where you come from, where you live, success does not come from your wallet or the marriage you have or will have .

Your success depends on your will, your resilience, your desire to innovate. Your success at all levels will come from the diligence that you put into the development of each of your life and professional projects.

Global Objective: Reflection And Solution Developed By African Women For African Women

Empowering Women International organizes collective reflections, debates and analyzes, bringing together people from various backgrounds - South and North - around “themes of strategic interest” for the development of African women.

The Pioneers

An innovative concept

No struggle can succeed without the participation of women alongside men. There are two powers in the world; one is that of the sword, the other is that of the pen. There is a third even stronger than the first two and it is that of women! Malala Yousafzai.

Digital keystone to promote the empowerment of African women

Digital keystone to promote the empowerment of African women

Africa is the 1st continent of female entrepreneurship where women produce nearly 65% of the continent's goods. High-speed digitization and the democratization of new forms of technology have enabled African companies to be the best placed at the global level in terms of female leadership and parity or to strengthen the visibility of women in various sectors of activity more quickly. Among the 30% of women entrepreneurs in the African continent, many women have entered the Tech scene such as Arielle Kitio (Caysti) in Cameroon, Nafissatou Diouf (SenVitale) in Senegal, Christelle N'Cho Assirou (ICTINA) in Côte d ' Ivory, to name a few. Despite this fine development, we are still seeing difficulties in breaking down the Digital Precariousness on the African continent. How can we work towards real and concrete change for our target audience. We will have the honor to benefit from the expertise of Mr. Radouan Bachiri, Ms. Ngoné Ndoye Mr. Delon Sincère, Ms. Nancy Kawaya, Mr. Jean and Delmas Ehui, Ms. Huguette Mvuemba.

African Women And Digitalization Women Leaders Of Tomorrow

African Women And Digitalization Women Leaders Of Tomorrow

In this month of March before talking about women's rights in digitalization, we must know if the states themselves are generally ready to articulate the needs necessary for an overall upgrade. Very often on the African continent we tend to confuse digital technology, so we must avoid demagogic speeches and be concrete! We must encourage women to take an interest in the issue in large numbers, whether for the choice of studies, trades or their mode of purchase, which today involves commerce and online orders in all. genres. But beware, digital technology is itself still a huge project. Before thinking specifically about women, we must think about making a plea for countries to organize and make it evolve. Internet is too slow in addition to being very expensive, it is the prerogative of the rich! Because our subject touches the top, how to orient it for the benefit of all citizens?
