Mrs Lutumba Ndoy Amina

President / Founder

Ms. Lutumba Ndoy Amina is a medical secretary, change manager, social entrepreneur, leadership speaker, motivational speaker, and conflict management trainer. As President and Founder of the Empowering Women International Network and Mamans Soloeotp ASBL, she is fully dedicated to women's empowerment. She is also President of Femme Noire Femme Africaine ONGD in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ambassador of the Junior Chamber International of Congo DRC, and mentor in the partnership with UNICEF, where she actively supports the development of young talent through dedicated programs.

With a Master's degree and a background in sports, she initially held positions of responsibility in a support center for troubled youth. Today, she specializes in supporting families in difficulty within French state institutions. At the same time, she serves as Vice President of the Mamans Soloeotop ASBL association, where she actively supports single mothers and their children.

Beny Nkashama, Europe Director of the Empowering Women International Network, is a passionate lawyer and entrepreneur deeply committed to defending women's rights. Drawing on her expertise, she inspires and supports young leaders through her role as a coach in the Young Leaders by EWI program. Her commitment and vision motivate the next generation to take leadership and work for lasting change in their communities.

Mr. Mutombo KAZADI

Africa Network Director

Mr. Mutombo Kazadi, CEO of Digital Intelligence Origin, is also Treasurer of the Empowering Women International Network and Coordinator of Mamans Soloeotop ASBL for Africa. As a key member, he is actively involved in various initiatives aimed at promoting female leadership and women's empowerment, using his expertise to promote social and economic change on the continent.

Mr. Toen TUSEVO

International Youth Director

Toen Tusevo, founder of STREETbUZZ, an influential African media outlet, is also the Youth Director and sponsor of the Young Leaders by EWI program. A communications trainer, he actively coaches and supports young women in their personal and professional development. With his expertise, he helps them hone their communication skills and position themselves as influential leaders in their communities.
